Upcoming Events

We will be having regular events at the McTayMar Inn, starting with an introductory dance on April 26th at 3pm.  Help christen the McTayMar Inn on this Scottish SIM with Scottish DJ Lorrie Zhukovsky spinning a wonderful blend of true Scottish tunes and other types of music for your listening and dancing pleasure.  Come out and dance a jig or try your hand at the dance of the swords.  Enjoy friendship and lively conversation while dancing around the tavern.  Then enjoy a stroll around the Scottish countryside including a lovely loch complete with Nessie.
 
MAY 3rd- GRAND OPENING OF KITYKANA AND MISS KITYKANA PAGENT
Next Saturday, May 3rd, is the long awaited opening of Kitykana.  Come and celebrate by participating in the highland games - Caber Tossing, Rope Climbing, Balancing on a Pipe - there will be cash prizes for the higest scores. Then at 3 pm The Miss Kitykana Pagent.......1st Place.....$L1000.....2nd Place $L750........3rd Place $L500.......It will be done in 3 stages.........

• Formal Gown
• Your own way of dressing.
  

Time table for that day ...Dancing all day..Highland games..1pm....Miss Kitykana....3pm and special dance with DJ Lorrie Zhukovsky to follow.
