McTayMar Inn

The McTayMar Inn is situated on top of the hill over looking the ocean, the loch and all of Kitykana.We have special events or “theme” nights during the week. Some of our themes include:

• Scottish Night – dance to authentic Scottish music (come dressed in your Scottish garb if you like)
• Techno night
• Gesture night – a competition of who has the funniest gestures (get up on our stage and let em rip!)
• Game night - have a beer or a glass of wine while you play one of our fun games
  

McTayMar Tavern and Inn is a friendly place. We ask that everyone be friendly to each other and take the time out to say hello, hi, or G’day. No one likes dancing in a place where everyone seems to be in their own “IM world”. So please don’t go into IM’s all night. It could make someone's day and make them feel welcomed not only at McTayMar Inn but also to Second Life®.

On nights when a special event is not scheduled you can usually still find residents and friends dancing in the tavern or out on the deck overlookingthe ocean. So, come have a drink and dance. You may find you like it so much that you'll rent a room in the tavern.
