Kitykana has rentals to suit any budget. We have rooms in the McTayMar Tavern and Inn, as well as a variety of Scottish homes around the sim. We have carefully selected homes that reflect the look and feel of the Scottish Highlands. Kitykana prides itself on being a sim that has a “community” feeling. You will find residents chatting and sitting in the tree or by the fire near the stables, riding their horses, exploring the underwater cave, crushing grapes to make Kitykana wine, watching the sunset over one of the two harbors or dancing in the tavern. |

Celtic Cottage A small very private one room cottage nestled in the trees right on the ocean. (located behind the church) If you are interested in this cottage we can add another one to the sim. Weekly rental cost: 200 week, 700L month |

John’s Cottage On a hill next to the church over looked the other harbor. Fireplace and tower with view out over the sim. You can see out but others cannot see in! Weekly rental cost: 775 week, 3000L month |

Old Sea Cottage (aka “dumpster house”) This home comes furnished with all the best “finds” from dumpster diving adventures. Over looking the second harbor it has 3 downstairs rooms and a large upstairs loft. If you would like to decorate it your self all furnishings can be removed.
